A global capability centre (GCC) is the India arm of a large multinational: its own engineering, product, data and operations teams, working on the parent company's core products rather than as an outside vendor. Many job seekers target them for the scale of the work and the structure of the teams. This page shows which GCCs have open roles in the jobs we track, where, and which skills those roles name.

- They describe the open roles we collect from company career sites and job boards in India, not every job in the country. A company with few roles here may simply have few that we see.
- A company is counted as a GCC when it is a large multinational's India centre, judged from its name and where the listing came from. The list is ours and can be wrong at the edges.
- Skill shares count how often a skill is named in a role's description, so they show what employers write, which is not always what a job needs day to day.
- We publish counts only, never the individual listings; to apply, use the employer's own site.
