Job hunting is easier with people who are doing it too

A pod is a small private group - two to five people you invite - who check in on each other's week. You each share only what you choose: how many applications went out, a win, what's stuck.

How it works

1. Step 1

   Start a pod and invite friends

   Name your pod and send the invite link to the people you want in it. Joining is by link only, and each person confirms before they're in.

2. Step 2

   Check in each week

   Share the numbers you want to share, a win, or something you're stuck on. Reactions and short comments keep it kind and quick.

3. Step 3

   Set a goal together

   The pod picks a weekly applications goal, sees everyone's progress and builds a streak of weeks you all hit it.

4. Step 4

   Practise interviews together

   Every week the pod gets the same set of interview questions and a practice partner, so you can take turns asking each other.

Private and kept to job-search support

• Invite-only, up to five people. There's no public feed and no way to search for people or pods.
• Members see your first name and only what you choose to share in a check-in.
• Links, email addresses, phone numbers and social handles can't be posted, and abusive or inappropriate wording is refused.
• Anyone can report something, our admins review reports, and accounts that break the rules can be removed. You can leave at any time, which removes what you shared.

What it isn't

• It isn't a social network or a chat app - it's a weekly check-in with people you already know.
• It doesn't match you with strangers. You bring your own people.
• The Free plan includes one pod; Pro lets you be in up to five.
