Grievance and Reporting
Last updated: November 9, 2026
1. Reporting something in Community
Every post, comment and shared story has a Report link. Choose a reason and send it. Two reports hide the item until a person on our team has looked. You can only report something once, and not your own. If it is yours and you want it gone, remove it.
2. Making a complaint
If you believe something in Community is unlawful, infringes your copyright, or shows private information about you, email contact@graphcareer.com with the subject “Community complaint”. Please include:
- Who you are, and how we can reach you
- The text itself (a copy of it is best), and when and where it appeared: which post, comment or story, and under what topic
- Who or what it is about
- Why you are complaining
- For a copyright complaint: what work it copies, that you own it or act for the owner, and where we can see the original
3. What we do
A person on our team reads your complaint. If the text appears to be unlawful, or to show someone's private information, we take it down while we look into it. We then reply to you by email with what we decided.
4. If your own post was removed, or your account was suspended
If we reject or remove something you wrote, you can appeal once from Community. If we suspend or end your account and you think we got it wrong, use the appeal form (the sign-in message links to it) or email contact@graphcareer.com and tell us why. We will look at it again.
5. Orders from a court or the government
If a court or a government authority orders us to remove something, or to give information, we will respond as the law requires.
6. Your data
You can download your data or delete your account yourself from Settings. For any other request or complaint about your data, see our Privacy Policy; it uses the same contact address.
