What helps us reply faster

• The email address you signed up with, so we can find your account.
• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps for anything on screen.
• For a payment question, the payment ID printed on your invoice or receipt.
• To export or delete your data, you do not need to write: both are in Settings under “Your data”. The Your data page explains what is stored.
