What makes a resume score well

Every analysis runs your resume through the same categories our engine actually scores on. Here is what each one looks for.

How closely your skills match the role or job description you're targeting — the single largest factor in your score.
Whether you've included hands-on project work that demonstrates practical, applied experience.
The depth and relevance of your work history to the role you're targeting.

The score is an estimate of how well your resume matches what applicant tracking systems and recruiters look for. No tool can promise that a resume will pass or lead to an interview, and employers’ systems read resumes differently.
